SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Orders

Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days of the purchase/payment date. We process orders Monday-Friday during business hours. Please keep in mind that we make everything by hand in our studio, and certain pieces are made to order. If your order is time sensitive, please feel free to contact us and we will try to get it out as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee shipping dates for orders. Standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information.

We have no control over what happens when your order is shipped and BLUV is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. We recommend contacting USPS directly if you believe your package to be lost or stolen. We are not responsible for packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses. Customers may be responsible for forward shipping.

US Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and usually arrive within 1-3 days of the shipping date. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your package ships.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail and can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on the location. You will receive a shipping notification for your order, but you will not be able to track your package after it has left our studio.

All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient (you). We have no control over these extra costs, and will not state that a package is a gift in order to help avoid customs fees. Packages will be marked Merchandise/Costume Jewelry.
